Our products are digital downloads and are delivered electronically.
Change of Mind
Because our products are digital, we generally do not provide voluntary refunds where a customer has successfully received and accessed their purchased digital product and simply changes their mind.
However, this policy does not remove, restrict or exclude any consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of the country or region where you make your purchase.
Where applicable law provides a cancellation, withdrawal or refund right for digital content, we will honour that right in accordance with the requirements of that law.
Faulty, Defective or Misdescribed Products
If your digital product is faulty, defective, materially different from its description, or does not work as reasonably expected, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include providing a corrected or replacement file, resolving an access problem, providing a refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Digital products sold to New Zealand consumers are subject to the applicable guarantees under New Zealand consumer law.

SolveKit is based in New Zealand and serves customers in New Zealand and internationally.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
For New Zealand customers, this includes rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Customers purchasing from other countries may have additional mandatory consumer protections under the laws applicable to their purchase. Those rights remain unaffected.
